VIP Service

Northwest Registered Agent now offers a VIP service that allows you to create an LLC now and pay over time in monthly installments rather than a one-time upfront fee.

The amount of the monthly fee depends on the state of formation (or really the amount of the filing fee in the state of formation). In Texas, for example, you can pay $67/month rather than $535 up front ($225 plus $310 state filing fee and $125 registered agent fee).

You'll end up paying a little more over time, but you'll receiving just about every perk Northwest offers, including: Registered Agent Service, EIN Filing, Use of Business Address, Free Limited Mail Forwarding, Operating Agreement, Banking Resolution, Corporate Guide Service, and Annual Filings.

You can cancel VIP service anytime, but you would have to pay the remaining balance of the initial fees.

Northwest Complaints

The only real gripe we found was connected to the recurring fee ($125) for their registered agent services. If you want them to serve as your registered agent, you'll need to remember to notify them if you no longer desire their services (even if you dissolve your business like Ryan in the negative review above). This gripe is not unique to Northwest. It is important to note that they have one of the easiest cancellation policies in the industry and do not charge a fee for cancellation.
