What is Nolo?
Nolo's LLC Pricing
2 price points: Basic ($99) & Express Premiere ($299)Compare Nolo
Pricing for the 4 Most Commonly Requested ServicesEvery online LLC service makes its money off of the additional services. The advertised low-end price draws you in, but after you finish the order process, you have either spent much more for upgrades or feel like you are missing out. Rather than get surprised at the end of the process, we wanted to outline and compare the real costs of the core services everyone wants.
The four most commonly requested or "core" services are: (1) preparation and filing of LLC paperwork with the state; (2) within two business days; (3) with a custom/personalized operating agreement; and (4) an EIN.
Nolo's Express Premiere ($299) Package is the cheapest way to get ALL FOUR core services. See Cost of Core Services in the price chart above to compare.

Real Nolo LLC Reviews
"...the 3 things that are the MOST helpful about this site (and I know because I compared Trademarkia and LegalZoom by physically filling out and starting the process) are (1) Each question was accompanied by detail information about what you were answering and suggestions to help you get to the next question with ease (2) the price was UNDER $400 for their premium package (this of course could change in the future so don't hold them to this forever). (3) I received a professional gold engraved business ledger/binder complete with company stamp that uses the same device as a notary public uses and has EXTENSIVE details about the next steps as well as the ongoing steps needed to keep your LLC official. So yeah I was HIGHLY impressed. And I am greatly satisfied. Thank you!" -CJ.

Conclusion
Nolo has a long history, and a mostly positive reputation (based on overall number of ratings). However, it loses points for not having a readily accessible phone number visible on its website. While we do not recommend Nolo for customers who are seeking low-cost legal advice, it does appear to be a good choice for starting an LLC online, or getting multi-purpose online legal forms.
