InCorp's LLC Formations start at $99 + state filing fees. The company will also beat any competitor’s price on comparable service. InCorp gives customers the choice to file an LLC online, or work with their team to form your new business.

Beyond their base pricing, you have the option to add more services on a cost-per-item basis. For example, add one year of Registered Agent service for $99 (or 5 years for $66.56/year), one year of Managed Report Service for $49, a Certificate of Good Standing for $50.41, EIN for $69, or License Research Service for $149. Shipping is $18 for two-day service, or $24 for overnight shipping.

Unlike many LLC formation services, InCorp gives you the option to file an LLC with help from their team, if you prefer. You can also file online using their secure system. Beyond entity formation, InCorp also offers a wide range of business services, including Business Licensing, Foreign Qualification, Managed Reports, Entity Dissolution, Certified Copies, Copyrights, Trademarks and more. InCorp also provides an Entity Management System free of charge. This system allows you to track compliance events, store and view corporate documents, track forwarded mail, pay invoices and more.

In some states, InCorp can begin your business formation the day you file it, and have your corporation formed within 24-hours. However, states differ in their turn-around times for processing. To get the average turnaround time for any state, call their office and ask to speak to a representative.

Positive reviews mentioned the company’s friendly customer service and live chat feature, and many customers indicated that they had been with the company for years, with no issues. Two negative reviews both mentioned difficulty in cancelling registered agent service. These customers said they were billed repeatedly after trying to end their agreement.
